Div X

IB – not just for ANU students

Div X opens up IB to the general public all you need to do is either be an ex-resident of an ANU residence or demonstrate adequate running and navigational ability by sufficiently completing a rogaine of 5 hours or more (for those wanting to run the low drop option), and one additional rogaine (if you are intending on running the high drop option). And pay the entry fee of $300 (+ $20 ANU Sport membership/insurance for nonstudents). You can fill in the EOI here or by clicking the link at the bottom of the page.

Drop the scouts!?

Div X no longer even requires having a team of 4, all you need is 2 team members qualified to navigate and 1 team member with first-aid training. Making it even easier than ever to participate in Inward Bound.  You can even submit a form if you are an individual looking to be placed into a team.

Interested?

There are two options for Division X this year:
1. High Drop (70km – 90km)
2. Low Drop (50 – 75km)

Want to relive your IB glory days? An avid rogainer, orienteer or runner looking for a new adventure? Think you know your way around a map and compass?
We are taking expressions of interest for teams or individuals looking to participate in Division X, open to all interested in being involved in one of the world’s most unique races.
Further details, such as requirements, key dates and entry fees are in the Google Form below, closing Friday 31st May.
Please note this form is just an EOI to gauge interest in Division X for this year. Formal applications will open Wednesday 31st July.
